I have a Virtual Assistant who works for us in the Philippines and it looks like when she pulls reports for us it is using her time zone rather than our time zone. Is there a way to lock that so the reports always show as our time zone?
@arcaderoasters Is she pulling from the online dashboard? or the app? I would just recommend that she change the time on her computer manually to match your timezone if she is using windows. But you can also set what the time frame for a report is when you pull it, and she may need to update that.
