Discount Indicator Not Working

Hi, 

 

We cant get the discount indicator to appear on any items?

Any ideas?

Hi @Vincent84, thanks for your post. 

 

It looks like the BOGOF banner displays within the item itself rather than on the image the way the sale banner does, here's a screenshot of a BOGOF I set up. 

 

If yours doesn't look similar, feel free to share a link to your site and I'll take a look!

Everything in this catergory is on a buy 2 get 50% off a third

It works if you add them to basket but no one knows before they add them?

Can you confirm if you have the setting enabled in Item Preferences @Vincent84? I know you a photo of it above enabled but it looks like it's turned off now 👀

 

You would need to click Edit and then toggle on the Discount indicator option.

If you do have this setting enabled and the badge/indicator is still not appearing, let me know and I can have our Square Online team take a look.
