Delivery Question

We just added delivery as an option to our online ordering...via Door Dash...but only one menu item pops up. You can use the search bar to search for other items but we do have our whole menu selected for delivery so I can't figure out why nothing else is showing up. Does anyone know how to fix this?

The first thing I'd recommend checking into is the item library housed within your Online overview page.
Square Online > Items > Item Library > click Filters > check the boxes next to Unavailable and Hidden:
