Customers unable to purchase Event tickets for an Event?

I have an advertised Event (workshop) the first date passed on 24.3.25 without hitch and paying customers. However, the second date 3.4.25 on the variation drop down doesn't work as customers reporting the ticket button doesn't work? I'm flummoxed after going around in circles to fix. Any advice welcome ๐Ÿ™‚ Thanks

I can imagine how frustrating this must be, especially when everything worked so smoothly for the first event! Letโ€™s go through a few checks to resolve the issue with the second event date (3.4.25) and the ticket button not working.

1. From your Square Dashboard, go to Items and select the event in your Item Library.

2. Scroll down to the Date and Time settings and check that the date for the second event is correctly set. If you're manually assigning tickets to specific dates using variations, consider selecting the 'This event has no end time' option to avoid conflicts with the previous event.

3. If you're tracking stock for tickets, ensure each variation has the correct number of available tickets, and confirm that the 'For sale' option is selected.

4. Lastly, under Where it's sold, make sure that Online is toggled ON, so customers can see and purchase the tickets through your website.

Hello, So, I have entered all the variations (dates) for an Event - all looks correct in Edit mode - but then when folk go to the site there are some different dates??? Any advice welcome as I cant  to work this out. ๐Ÿ˜ž

Yes! It was the no end date tab as you advised that was preventing variations ticket purchase. Thank you. ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ˜€
