I have one customer who can't pay from the emailed Square invoice. When he clicks on the link to pay, from the invoice, he gets security warnings that he will be going to an unsafe site, and he says that there is no way around it. He is just blocked from paying. Anyone have experience or advice in dealing with this?
Hey @dwallach I'm sorry to read your customer is having this issue and I'm happy to be able to help however I can.
It sounds like there may be some browser issues with your customer. Are they able to try and pay the invoice on a separate device? If not, have them clear their history, cache, and try to pay the invoice from a different browser like Google Chrome or Safari.
Another option is you can accept the card payment through Virtual Terminal or the Point of Sale app through manual card entry, but I would only suggest this if your payment is time sensitive as there is a higher fee for manual entry versus invoices payments.
