A customer is getting an error at checkout. After they enter their information, this messages pops up underneath: "Incomplete Billing Address: Please provide the following field: country". They already have United States selected as their country. Why are they getting this error? This is one of several issues I have had with checkout this week, which makes me consider moving to a different provider, as I don't want to lose any more sales.

This definitely sounds like a bug. Have you had a chance to reach out to the support team? A rep can help you troubleshoot, and escalate to our engineers if it does turn out to be a bug.
