I keep getting "We need a few details to get your customer code." message. I filled out profile, updated tax info, business docs, what else do I need to do?
Hey @GreenRidge! Thanks for reaching out. Can you please tell me where you are getting this message?
A few tips to help you get your code:
1: Make sure you have a fully activated account. If you are signed into your Square Dashboard, you will see a notice at the top of the screen asking for you to finish filling in your information.
2: If you have a fully activated account, try getting your customer code from this page.
If neither of those work, try signing out and back in. You may have multiple accounts and a few of which are not fully activated.
