Half way through service today all our saved customer tickets vanished and we no longer have the option to send orders on both of our Square Registers. Has anyone had this issue before on Square for Restaurants?
Edit: It seems to be a register issue as I can view them on the Square app on my phone
Sorry to hear you were running into this issue @CityOfBeer! There was an issue with some Point of Sale app settings on Saturday's evening that could have potentially affected the ability to see open tickets on the Register.

Ah, that explains it. Everything went back to normal again a couple of hours later.
