Created account with incorrect email address

I created my Weebly and square up account with the incorrect email address. I am unable to call support and when submitting an email support ticket it doesn’t allow me to modify the email address so therefore I wouldn’t be able to receive any communication from support.

 

i have already invested time into designing the site so I would really prefer to keep this account and correct the email address on both the Weebly and Squareup account.

 

any suggestions?

Hi, I am also having the same issue. My weebly account has the wrong email address and I'm trying to send test emails for email marketing and it is sending to the incorrect email. Please help

Thank you for following up! You can reach the team by scrolling to the bottom of our Help Center and clicking the contact us button. Once you see the automated chat window try typing something like “speak with a rep” to be directed to the teams available to your account.
