Contactless card reader with Samsung Note 20 Ultra

Has anyone been able to connect the contactless chip card reader with a note 20 ultra?

Are you referring to the Galaxy S20 Ultra? If so, this phone looks new enough to not currently be listed on our Device Compatibility page, but should still be compatible with the Contactless & Chip card reader even though it is not proven tested (most new devices come fully capable of bluetooth pairing).

If you're having trouble pairing your device, take a look at this helpful resource - it's proven to work for many who experience the same issue.

No completely different phone, the Note 20 Ultra. I was finally able to pair it. I restarted the phone, went to bluetooth settings and paired the reader directly there. Then went to the square app and was able to pair pair the reader with the app.
