My Appointments app has stopped sending confirmation and reminder texts! When I try to manually send confirmation I get an error stating "Confirmation request failed, verify the contact information is correct" I get this error on every single client and I am certain the phone number is correct. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
I have the same problem. I think there's a bug with the last update. I can't seem to contact anyone to get answers. have you been able to find any results?
They took that feature away unless you pay for the monthly subscription.

Just read a thread that square is not offering this service anymore to single employee status. You have to have a plus or more membership now I guess. I hope someone else can confirm.
