Checkout links: Store items show "not available"

I have my items set up, location, quantity's when I copy the link to send it says "item unavailable" 

I have listed on my website, published and unpublished neither worked. I just want a link to the item to put on social media to sell

That's strange @coteriejackson. Are you using the link copied from your Dashboard to share it? Or did you paste the link somewhere else and then copy it?

I have one item that is been in my inventory for over 12 hours and it shows available however an item I just made with stock and location set, the link shows "Not Available"

I keep creating and deleting items thinking it’s me but only my first checkout link works the others say not available. https://checkout.square.site/buy/GOZGPQEHBIVB5HTHDCDEMZQ4  this one for example says not available. I just want to put out one link a day for my meal of the day

@Pswayzie Hmm. I was able to click on that link and select checkout with no problem. What browser are you using?

@ernstgot Your checkout link should be available right away. Is this still happening? If so, please reply here with the name of the item that is showing as 'Not Available' so we can investigate.

NA.jpgI see that this topic is a couple years old but this is happening to me. I have tried this link https://checkout.square.site/buy/VPYGKVB2O7AUWZKZ5QEXQSVF
in Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.

 

I don't know if your system is down or what's going on. I just know that using these direct links, copied from the Square dashboard with the auto copy feature, pasting them in any of those browsers, I get the "Not Available" message. Please help.

Square links can be tricky sometimes. One of the main things to check is your inventory and location. Let me see what I can find.

Thank you. There is no inventory, these are virtual items. Location is set to the name of our business (should not matter in this case since it's virtual with no shipping). After seeing your response, I went into inventory but see no way to set unlimited, or any number at all.

@JPFoundation, Can you please check your Weebly Store settings to make sure that you have Pickup/shipping/etc set up for the location that the items are being sold from.

I haven't used Weebly or any settings there. I've only browsed there. We don't use these links at any website - neither the free website Weebly through Square, nor our own hosted website elsewhere. We simply need the links to work by sending them in email. If I set anything in Weebly, I'll be making a new website and this wasn't an option we want or need. Why do we need a location if we're selling a virtual item?

Also, I wanted to say, I created items about 6 months ago and used only links in the past and they worked just fine. The new ones do not work. One of them works but others don't.

When I try to edit links that work, none of the changes save even though I've saved them. New creations say they are unavailable. But past creations work. If I duplicate past creations that work, the new creations say something went wrong and don't even say they're unavailable.
