I have a point of sale square stand that takes an iPad. The iPad got taken out wrong and broke the charger. What do I do to fix it?
if the charger port is broken to the iPad you may need to take it to Apple to get repaired or a local company that works on apple products.
What did you end up doing to fix this issue? We have a brand new stand kit with and iPad and it appears that a piece broke off from the stand into the iPad. I don't know how it happened, we haven't even gone live with the system yet. The only reason we noticed was because it stopped charging when we were training the staff on it.
