We forgot to split a shipment and now I want to cancel the shipment and start over. Is it possible to do this?

Are you referring to cancelling a shipping label you already purchased? If so, was this for an order through your online store, and did you purchase the label through your Square account?
Yes and it was an order through our online store and we purchased it through our square account.
Ah, gotcha. As long as the courier does not scan the label, you will receive a refund back to your account as a credit. I would like to double-check on this for you, though. Can you let me know the order number for the purchase, and which carrier you went through? i.e. USPS, UPS, FedEx
