Went to process a client's payment with a card on file, but credit card was declined. I want to cancel that transaction so that I may take payment from a different customer, but can't seem to cancel the original transaction. Help.
like you still haven't processed a payment so you are at the screen to take a payment on the transaction? you can clear a transaction from your shopping cart by clicking on the little down arrow above the cart and clicking clear items. or just delete each item by swiping it away or clicking the item in the cart and clicking delete.
I have the same problem. Using the app on android. There's no shopping cart, down arrow, etc.... I can't clear the transaction either
@NatSafe please delete/reinstall your app and restart/update your mobile device to see if that helps.
