Can't get a sale

Customers can install all banking information but the transaction will not go through. I don't know if I set system up correctly to receive transactions. I need assistance please.

Since you nor I know exactly what customers are entering or where for their payment information, this could be their issue.  Meaning on my non Square site I would get customers calling to see why their CC keeps getting denied.  Problem was they were entering their CC information into PayPal, which their CC was not attached to instead of into Paying by Credit Card field.  

The best thing you can do here is go on your website and add an item to a cart to checkout your self.  Do a small item because Square does not refund the Credit card processing fees for a refund.  This will at least test to see if your online store is setup correctly and payments are not going through because of customer error.  I did this when I setup my Square Site to test if my Class was working to accept payments.  

You could also just call support ( their number is in my signature below) on Tuesday since today I am not sure if they are open since it is a Bank / Federal holiday today.
