Broken checkout links

How do I fix this broken link for Square checkout link? My client can't not pay cause they keep error something is wrong message. I did everything I suppose to do and still a dead link...

This does sound off, but it's difficult to pinpoint what may be happening without looking at the checkout link.

If you're still running into a wall, can you please share the link that isn't working?

The checkout link is loading for me, and I'm able to proceed to the checkout screen. What happens on your end?
