Book now button not visible on Instagram

I’ve had this problem for a long time now, but I am successfully able to connect Appointments for Square to Instagram to add a book now button on my profile. However it is only visible to my account when I am looking at it. I have tried many things, including removing and re-adding the button to no avail any idea on how I can get this resolved?

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with the Appointments integration. 

Have you followed the instructions listed here when setting the Book Now button up ? Do you mean that when your customers look at your Instagram page, they're not able to see the Book Now button ?

Yes, I have followed all the steps listed in the article to properly connect my Square account to Instagram. Correct, when my customers look at my profile they do not see the book button.
