The problem with mobile payments not reflecting a balance, per your explanation, shouldn't affect my transactions. Your latest update, as of June 24, 2023, suggests the problem is only affecting MasterCard manual entries and systems such as Afterpay, Apple, and Google Pay. I manually entered a Visa payment. The transaction is only reflected with reciepts, will not show up in daily sales, and doesn't reflect in the balance. If it won't doesn't reflect I can neither refund the charge nor transfer the funds. This is a very serious issue, though it seems I'm the only merchant complaining about the problem. Is anyone else as concerned as I am? What's worse is not being able to reach a live person for reassurance fixing the issue is a priority, and for alternatives means of accessing the balance. Can anyone comment or offer solutions???
Hi @Ahli. The current Mastercard issues has nothing to do with payments not showing up in the balance. Mobile Mastercard payments are not being accepted at all for some people. Your problem is a completely different one.
I’m sorry that customer service is not available right now to help you. But tomorrow morning you need to get on the phone with them as soon as they are. Whatever problem you are having, it is most likely happening to you, or at least to very few people. That’s why you are the only merchant complaining about it.
I hope you can resolve it quickly in the morning.
