Auto Calculate Sales Tax - payment link request API

Hello,

We're having an issue where the sales tax is not populating based on the buyer's location via the create payment link request API. The auto calc taxes does not work for create payment link request API generated on a 3rd party site we've created. We need to pass in the sales tax from the buyer's location and not sure why it's not working. Thanks for your help!
