Hi a customer contacted me as there was an error thrown up whilst trying to pay online through the website using apple pay. The error is "Missing or invalid default region" I found an article that says for the customer to check their address in apple pay and they did but it still threw up the same error message.

Just so I have a good understanding of the issue as well in case it's something different - was the customer able to complete the purchase when typing in their details manually?
Hi thanks for your reply, the customer ended up paying via card in the end as they tried apple pay about 10 times without success.
