I am trying to add new items via square on my desktop and I can't get it to allow me to add inventory. I could last week!
why is my STOCK button greyed out on my add inventory page? I can't add stock as received or damaged, etc, because I can't get to the area.

What are you using to add stock, android, Ipad, Pc, etc?
Which app are you using? Square POS, Retail Free, Paid Retail?
When I went to my Dashboard on a computer, I found out you need to enable tracking for inventory of the item you want to add stock to.Not enabled can't add Item quantity
Blue selected can add quantities
Look to see if this enabled on your device.
Me, too! I'm so frustrated. my Stock area is Greyed out, and I can't even get to it to add anything. Clover POS is looking better and better!!!

Not enabled to add stock
Enabled to add stock quantities.... make sure Track Inventory is selected.
