Hi everyone! I’m having an issue with Afterpay as they’re marking my customer’s addresses as invalid at checkout. I thought it was just an issue with the first customer’s address at first but unfortunately it’s been everyone who’s tried to use it. I’ve attempted toggling it on and off but to no avail. With the current times it’s much more convenient so I’ve lost out on a good bit of sales. Is this happening with anyone else?

Hello @Ashlynvan & @JessicasAttic 👋
We received a report of this issue earlier this month and it was determined it was a bug.
Our team was able to locate the problem and fix it, so customers should experience no issues when paying with Afterpay now.
If customers have reported that they are still getting an "Address is not supported" message, please let me know so I can report this to our team.
Thank you.

We have been having the same problem for over a week. Since their update. The help desk is not being helpful at all and trying to blame afterpay, even though it is working for us on Paypal. We are losing a lot of sales
