Add & Delete Sales Tax Cities from the Drop-down on Item Creation

I have constant issues with changing or adding sales tax codes and cities while on the road with mobile bar. There’s no way to do proper item creation on the terminal or on mobile app when I cannot add a city tax code I don’t have listed. When I try to do it from the site on mobile and open the drop-down the whole page crashes so I can never successfully add the item I need to add!

This does sound off, but it's difficult to pinpoint what may be happening. Are you able to share a screenshot or a video of this behavior? Then, I can share this with our engineers for their review.
