I recently added a second location to my business. I need to know if this address needs to be added to my worker's comp account. Also, I don't think I am covered because I don't pay myself through payroll. Attempting to get this information or contact the company has proved very difficult. I went to the website for Next insurance and requested help, but just got an email response saying they need my policy number. I can't find said number anywhere, in Square or emails. Later today I will call the 800 number and see if I can make any progress.
Fortunately, my policy is up for renewal so I received an email complete with policy number and login info! I tried making adjustments online but it wasn't possible, so I just called them yesterday. I gave the person on the phone the new address and asked about adding myself as owner to the policy. I received a follow-up email and will hear back from the insurance carrier in a few days.
