I am editing our permissions and I am trying to make sure that team members can't see any dashboard info (sales info is my main concern). In the permissions I have reporting functions turned off but it seems like there isn't a way to turn off view of dashboard when logged into square online, how can I change this? I made a faux account to see what they are seeing, and even with reporting turned off, you can still see our sales info on the main dashboard.
At this time there is not the option for them not to see the dashboard. You are able to limit what they can see, but daily sales is not one of them.
On the access points under the permission settings, I have it set to Mobile point of sale. As my staff only use a desktop and only help update the website this is a way around them not seeing the dashboard.
I do wish that they had the option of rearranging or choosing the information you would like to see on the dashboard.
