How are my employees leaving a message when punching out and where can I see them?

Today an employee said he sent me a message when he punched out. My response, "Huh?" He said that he and other team members leave me a message when they forget to punch in. I have no idea where these messages go. They use the square POS for time tracking. I asked if they used the square team app and they said, "Huh?" I have searched everywhere and have found nothing. Any help would be appreciated.

Your team might be referring to our Team Communication tool that lives within the Square Dashboard and the Square Team App. If this isn't the case they I recommend you ask one of them to show you the process so that you can share with us where exactly they are leaving these "messages".

Thanks for your reply. We don't use Aquare Team App. I didn't even think to ask them to show me, so thanks for that. We are closed this week so I hope I remember to ask them when they return!

So they showed me the little "add note" but no one knows where the notes go.
