Why can’t I (owner) edit my staffs timecards anymore?

One of my stylists is notorious for not clocking out. She left at 2:00 and it’s 6:50 and she’s still clocked in. So I need to clock her out. We closed at 6:00 and I’m home trying to edit her time card and the team app won’t let me? I can’t have employees look like they are clocked in for 24hrs. Can someone figure out why I can’t do that any longer? I haven’t touched any settings .

@Moon2319 were you previously able to clock out an open timecard on Team app? I believe clocking out an open timecard from a team member is possible on Square Dashboard web, but that's not currently possible on Team app.

Hi @Moon2319 - thanks for reaching out.  In taking a peek at your account, I don't think you have the ability to make edits to timecards from the Team App.  Can you help me understand a bit better what process you were able to follow in the past to adjust timecards?  You should still be able to do this by logging into dashboard.

Hello! I realized I have to wait for the 24hr to time out. Then when it’s a new day I can edit to clock them out. I used to wait until payroll and edit them. So I never noticed I have to wait until the 24hrs is up. Then when it’s a new day and new shift I can go back in and edit them.
