Untracked Team Member gets all the Credit Tips?????

I have a small coffee stand, 1 employee per shift / 2 shifts per day.  When I look at the Employee Sales Report to see the credit card tip amounts for each employee, it isn't assigning any tip amounts to the 2 employees - it's assigning them to an "Untracked Team Member".  The Team Passcode toggle is off, so how can I fix this?  Thanks!

In payroll setting you need to choose "distribute tips among team members" The system will distribute according to percentage of hours worked. Secondly, have your staff clock in and out usinf "Square team app". Do not have employees clock in at the terminal because the system will assign all tips to that employee. -Bruce@MFNC

Thanks Bruce, but these tips lead me to more questions....

Why do I need to "distribute tips among team members" ?  I have it currently set to Tip Directly, because there is only 1 person working at a time.  Second, I downloaded the Square Team app, and went to set it up for myself (I work as well).  I was told I needed an access code / be invited by my employer.  How do I set that up so my employees receive an access code?
