When I first set up my Square account and onboarded my business, it was The Original Twig. I legally changed the name to Blue Ridge Engraving and the EIN has stayed the same. The address has also changed as well as how we file taxes- from an LLC to an S Corp. I made these changes in Square Online, but when I went to sign up for payroll, it shows the old name and address. When I try to change it, it gives me an error. It says in blue at the bottom, to change your address, go to Square Staff and Payroll- Payroll- and change the address there... but the address is correct as well as the new business name. The chat representative was at a loss. Not sure what to do! Any ideas?
