Tip Splitting by percentage - - real time splitting NOT end of workday

We like the new ability to split tips by percentage based on job totals, however waiting until the end of the day is very limiting. It also shows these tips in real time even though they aren't settled until end of the day which is obviously LUDICROUS and creates a LOT of confusion and anger when employees see their tips change after they clock out! IT makes NO sense what so ever that that info is avaliable or that they are divided by the day vs when the tip some in. Such a simple thing I'm shocked square would even have released that function with such obvious flaws.

Hi there - thanks for the feedback.  We are looking into providing more flexibility for your tips pools while ensuring that its done accurately and fairly.  This can be a challenge when splitting single transactions and smaller total amounts - but we hear you that this will help you and your team.  We are looking into this.
