When adding a team member, I send the invite. When they click their email link and then log in, they get a "not available" page. She has tried multiple browser on multiple devices, same result. Is there a work around to this Square programming issue? Thank you.
Hey @captainwoody. Definitely a weird issue. It DOES sound like something is wrong with the code behind the email link. For now, in order to get your team member onboarded quickly, it would be wise to sign into your online dashboard when they are around. You can edit their payroll information yourself, select the box that allows you to enter their information, then give them your device to enter their information then and there.
Otherwise, this sounds like a but that should be reported to Square Support. If you can, when you get in touch with them (via chat or email), hopefully your employee can forward the email they are receiving to you. Then you can right-click on the link and copy the URL so that you can paste that into your support chat/email. I was going to recommend that you do that and post that URL here, but that could result in a security issue that none of us wants. Better to handle this with support.
Hopefully you can use the work-around for your immediate needs, however.
