Team Member Status and Wages for Solopreneurs

Hello!

I am the owner of a company that offers fitness classes, and the only instructor. When I go to Team > Team members, I see a record for myself, my Job is set to "Owner". The Status on the right shows "Incomplete", meaning some additional information should be entered. I've entered all information I could, except for wages. It is my assumption that the Status is "Incomplete" because of missing wages. Is this accurate?

I don't understand the importance of wages considering that I am a one person company. Do I need to set up wages for myself and why?

Will the "Incomplete" status have any negative impact on any functionality?

After chatting with our Operations team, they figured out that a few things just needed to be saved within your account. They went ahead and did so, and now it looks like your account should be setup as needed.

 

Please let me know if this fixed this for you! If not, we can take another look.

To make sure I get the correct information over to our Operations teams, are you experiencing the exact same issue? Are there any differences?

I am having this same issue, being the owner and sole practitioner, it is saying my status is incomplete and i can not see why that would be. Could someone help, please. 🙂
