Having a problem with Square payroll not charging my account for the service but they don't have a problem charging my account for payroll.
I called them 2 weeks ago when I got the first email saying my payment failed and they confirmed my account is verified for over a year and that payroll keeps coming out, said it should be fine. I got an email today saying payroll access is suspended for non-payment. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

The funding account for Payroll and payment for the Payroll Services are setup in two different locations. If you go to the Square Dashboard > Accounts & Settings > Business > Pricing & Subscriptions you'll be able to verify your payment information for the Payroll Services. If payment for the service is the issue that should be where you can correct it.
