if i click on it it says. Oh no, somthing went wrong. Thats all . Please help.

I'm sorry to hear trouble has brought you here but we're happy to help 🙂 I know how frustrating it is when you're running into an error message when working on your business. We recommend using a supported browser, such as Google Chrome, when accessing your dashboard. Next, you'll want to make sure that any browser extensions that might block pop ups are turned off. It's also a good idea to clear your cache - here's how:

 

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More .
  3. Click More tools. Clear browsing data.
  4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
  5. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
  6. Click Clear data.
