Staff who don't use the Teams app

I have a couple of staff members who do not want to use the Square Teams app on their phone. They used to be able to access their paystubs using the dashboard on the website, however they aren't able to access them the same way now. Was there an update or something? These folks will not likely to start using the app...

Just to confirm, there have not been known changes to the way employees access paystubs on Dashboard.
