I would like the option to not allow my entire staff to see my financials or customer information I am the only one that needs that ability. All my staff members are field workers (EMT's) and First Responders. I just want them to be able to communicate between each other in a group and for them to have access to the work schedule just like the crew app. I use square invoicing for my payments when we are contracted out to do an event.

I tried to just do the basic permission and it is greyed out I cant change anything I dont want my people to have access to my POS
If you edit the permission set, by clicking `Edit` next to it, you should be to edit the "access points" on the 2nd screen. You could remove access to the point of sale from there.
