I've been using Square to schedule employees for their shifts for the past year and a half, and recently noticed a change in the method shifts are displayed/filtered on the webpage (not applicable for the Square Team app).
Previously, when filtering the display for the shifts under "Jobs", shift would be grouped by the Job associated with each employee, followed by displaying chronologically by start time of the shift. For example, all shifts beginning at 9:30am would be grouped and displayed on top of any shift beginning at 2:45pm. In the last couple of weeks, I've been noticing a change in the method shifts are arranged and displayed. (Example Image) Currently, there is no clear reason how shifts are arranged and displayed, after they have been grouped by "Job".
Is this a bug, or a new update in the system? Ideally, there would be an option made available for shifts to be displayed with the logic of the shift start time.
Hey @user007. I’m starting to suspect that this is an unintended butg/consequence of another change. Another seller has posted about this same thing in this thread. As such, I’m going to tag a couple of Community admins here. IMO this might be a bug that needs a trouble ticket opened on it. @_Violet @JJ_
