Reporting features request shows Sellers asked for 81 features, and 0 were delivered

Square seems like there are so many updates that can be easily made in reporting and exporting reports for functions in POS.  However, there has been very limited to no advancement. 

Seems to me that it opens a very huge gap to more competitors to swoop in.
