Notification or text sent before a shift to remind my staff of their upcoming shift

If you have the teams app installed on your phone (my teams do for schedule and punching in/out) you get a notification 1 hour before your shift.

Hello @Saraha !

Your team members can set those reminders up themselves on the Team app:

More -> App Settings -> Notifications. There's an Upcoming Shifts section they can toggle.

Hi there - my staff wants to adjust when they get reminders. For example, they want a notificiation the day before because a notification one hour before doesn't really help when their opening shift starts ay 5am. 

Can the option for management or staff to customize when reminders go out be made a feature?
