Hi @Dafoster. So, if I am understanding your issue correctly, this is not possible with Square, currently. The only possible Square work-around I can come up with is if for set up the medical director as a commissioned team member, with their percentage defined. However, this probably would not work for you since all transactions that this director would get commissions on would HAVE to be closed using the medical director’s number, because that is the only way Square commissions work.
That being said, a third-party developer might have a solution that links to our Square accounts. You can head to the Square App Marketplace and search to see if you find anything. If you don’t, your only real option is to download CSVs to Excel each week and manually find and calculate commissions that way.
