Payroll pay date changed for no reason

Hello, for a long time now we've been running payroll on Friday and the employees get an email immediately and get paid Tuesday. We made no changes yet now the payroll shows that they will get paid the following Thursday, 2 days later than before.

 

Support chat was down all weekend even though it said it was supposed to be up. I've gotten into chat this morning and they were clueless. I'm on the phone with a rep now and he seems to have no idea but says my current payroll settings are set to pay them on Thursday. We never made any setting changes.

Not sure how this happened! 
It is odd it’s two days later and you said you couldn’t get to someone for 2 days. Not sure if the weekend bumped it further into the week? 

We do ours Wednesday for a Friday drop so we’ve never had a weekend through the middle of that makes sense.

 

Trying to rack my brain for holidays or something but clearly that’s not it. Payroll once ran is really hard to switch up once you hit that button. 

If you went back in and tried to run payroll now does it tell you the date it would drop? Maybe your settings got messed up.
