Has anyone else had trouble with payroll errors? Last week, despite time cards entered correctly, two staff only were paid for one day of work (instead of two) while another staff was paid for extra hours. The time cards do not match the reports/pay. This has never happened to us before! Does anyone know why this may have happened?
Hi @Blissbakehouse. I ran payroll Monday for last week and everything was great. My time cards imported correctly and the payroll was spot on after I made the necessary manual adjustments to prorate weekly cash tips received among the employees who worked last week. I did a quick check in the Community board and don’t see any other reports. So, since there is account/employee sensitive information involved, you should probably contact the Square Customer Success Team. They can bring up your account and see what’s what. There might be an issue specifically with your account that only they can see.
