Just hired a new person and when I invite her to use app, it tells her she already is set up but this was through an old employer that used square too.
Anyone else had this happen, if so do they have to create an entirely new email??
Hi @thebrim110. It sounds like your employee is trying to set up a new Square Team account. Their job with you will be there. Since they already have one, they can just sign into the existing account using those old credentials. Square Team allows employees who have multiple jobs that all use Square to use one account for all jobs. And they can still access their old job’s historical documents like W-2s, etc. If they have forgotten their old password they can click on the link to reset it and they will get an email with instructions on how to do this.
