My business is exempt from FUTA taxes

My business is exempt from FUTA taxes (Ag Exemption), but customer service says I have to pay them, there is no way to opt out.

I am not a tax professional, and definitely do not know enough about FUTA or AG exemption to weigh in on this. 

I was able to find a support ticket for you, though, and it looks like you are currently in a conversation with a Payroll specialist. Do you still need assistance, or are you in the process of resolving this with the team?

They were unable to solve the issue. It seems that there is no way to opt out of Federal Unemployment. Which is so strange and unfortunate considering I can and have set up to be exempt in the state of wisconsin.
