Hi, I'm looking to run a report to see how many hours certain roles have in total. For example, I'd like to see how many hours we've worked in Production, Management, Training and Associate. We have several team members that overlap roles so I can't just look at the individual member. I couldn't see a way in Payroll reports or Square Reports so I wanted to see if I'm missing something.
Hi @schemjo. I think this will work for you, but it will involve downloading a CSV and then summarizing it yourself.
From your online dashboard, go to Shifts -> Labor & Tips. Then define the date range you want and click the Export button. Choose “Export Shifts” and download that CSV. Open it with Excel. you’ll notice a Job title column. You can use some quick spreadsheet formulas to summary the hours worked for each Job title in that column.
Let me know if you need anything else, including how exactly to do that in a spreadsheet. I’m skipping over that part. LOL
