Is anyone else having issues with square payroll and the Sutton bank square offers to pay bills not?

I recieved and email this morning stating my Q4 state unemployment taxes won't be filed  through square because funds aren't available in quater filing.   Funds are clearing there.  This makes no sense as this is the Sutton bank square offers to pay bills and funds are available. It has worked for the other taxes and bills coming out.  

  I am very disappointed and unnecessary stress is being added because square is failing to provide the services it offers.  On top of that I'll be getting another fee from the tax institution because square had an issue. I will need to be reassured these issue won't follow us into our new tax and payroll season.  

  The whole point is to have the payroll and taxes all come out of the same account and no not have to worry about it.   

Maybe this is a square checking issue rather then payroll.
