IRS Form 940

I cannot see that IRS Form 940 was prepared for my business.  How do I pursue this with Square?

Did you double check under your reports in payroll just to confirm? Go to staff, payroll, tax forms and it should be near the top. I do see mine so hopefully yours will be there too.
