It doesn't appear this is a current option.
I would like to see this implemented also. It's time consuming to create a schedule and select the color each time.
However, when you are creating a shift for someone, you can use the Repeat Shift function and select all the days they will work. It will keep the color the same for each day you select.
I can see where that wouldn't be as helpful if the same person has shifts at different times each day, but it might be easier to set their days and then change the shift time for individual days.
But it would be nice to have a set color, possibly set it under the team member profile, and it always applies to that person.
