How can you give commissions to an employee for a specific category?

We want to give commission to our employee only when she closes a specific item/category. How do we do this?

This is a great question! Currently, Square Commissions can be set up to apply either per dollar amount or per volume (number of items/services sold). However, the ability to apply commissions based on specific categories or items would be considered a feature request at this time.

If this is a functionality that would benefit your business, I recommend submitting a feature request on the Staff and Payroll board. This will allow us to continue tracking feedback alongside our Product Team.
